Hi there. Thank you for your interest in booking with us. My name is Jeremy and my wife's name is Valerie. You will actually be dealing with her 95% of the time and communicating with her 100% of the time. We have a growing fleet that we started here on Turo, consisting of cars, suvs, minivans and slingshots. We are adding to our fleet all the time. Our vehicles are brand new when they are added and our Slingshots are different years but top of the line for that year and we'll maintained. We pride ourselves on providing nice, clean, and reliable transportation for anyone in need of a rental, whether it's for vacations or random car trouble. Our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized prior to each reservation...but please keep in mind the surrounding issues of rapid turn around times on these vehicles, constant pollen and the ever growing construction sites in our area causing dust. Our vehicles are well maintained and regularly serviced. We take very good care of our fleet. The cars and suvs and minivans are Turo only vehicles. They are not daily drivers. They are pet free vehicles. We are a smoke free household, so we are able to tell right away if policy is broken and we adamantly adhere to the Turo non smoking rules and regulations. We are happy to help you out with all your rental needs, we just ask in return, that you respect our vehicles and return them in same condition as when you picked it up. We are aware that accidents happen, if that's the case, please just communicate with us. That's all we ask, so that way we can immediately get started on making arrangements to get things cleaned or fixed. We take SEVERAL hundred pre trip photos, pretty much every inch of the vehicle from multiple angles...not only to protect our assets, but also so that the renter can be reassured that every pre and post trip blimush or damage are accurately recorded. Check in is a breeze, as simple as handing over the keys because we make sure everything on our end is finished prior to your arrival. We have zero cancellations on our profile and are on automatic reservation approval. We communicate quickly and extremely well. We are very happy to extend trips when needed, pending availability. We have worked very hard to earn All Star host status and maintain a 5.0 rating. We look forward to meeting you all and hope you enjoy your journey with us in any of our rentals!
